UPDATE: As of January 4, 2012 this home is still for sale at a list price of $1,149,000.
I bet many of you Seattleites didn’t know that Frank Lloyd Wright designed a home for a couple in Normandy Park. Yes, it’s true! The original owners of this home have passed away and the home is available for the first time ever! I toured this home the other day and really fell in love with it. It’s a small home (less than 1200 sqft), but the views of Puget Sound are spectacular! I really love the living and dining spaces and how they engage the view. The bathroom is very tiny, and because it’s on the historical register, you can’t change the footprint of the home. But, it’s a Frank Lloyd Wright house, why would you want to change it?!
I don’t think this unique property will last long. If you are interested, call me quickly and I can share more information with you. (206-295-5942)
